For some reason, I am not able to convince our 14-month-old daughter of this fact. Perhaps she simply doesn’t care.

We toured house #22 last night. There’s a lot of good stuff: yard, location, master suite, kitchen, kickass deck, patio. Then there’s the not-so-great: smaller second and third bedrooms, master is upstairs, smallish living room, and the biggest potential dealbreaker: the house is built into a hill, so you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get in the place. Think grocery day hell, in other words.
And so we mull.
